✈️ The Mission
Serve as PIC of a Gulfstream V, executing international and domestic operations with absolute commitment to safety, regulatory excellence, and client confidentiality.
- Lead flight operations end‑to‑end: planning, performance, fuel, MEL/CDL considerations, crew briefings, and debriefs.
- Uphold a safety‑first culture and standard operating procedures while mentoring and setting the tone for the flight department.
- Deliver white‑glove service tailored to UHNW passengers, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
- Navigate complex international airspace and regulatory environments, ensuring compliance with 14 CFR Part 91 and ICAO Standards.
- Maintain proactive, professional relationships with the FAA and aviation training providers.
🧰 What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Aviation, Safety, Operations Management, or equivalent.
- Deep knowledge of Gulfstream V systems and performance; elite client service skills; mastery of relevant CFRs, ICAO Standards, International Jurisdiction Regulations, and Meteorological Science.
- Previous experience operating in 14 CFR Part 91 or 135 environments, with a thorough understanding of 14 CFR Part 91 and ICAO Standards.
- Unmarred track record of excellent working relationships with the FAA and aviation training providers.
- Strong technical acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills, and proven leadership qualities.
- Ability to work a flexible 24×7 schedule, including nights, split days off, weekends, and holidays.
- On‑demand readiness: respond to unscheduled trips and be wheels‑up within 3 hours of first call.
- Comfort operating in varied outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain) during patrols/stationed assignments.
🌟 Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 7,500 hours
- PIC Time: 3,500 hours
- Turbine Time: 3,500 hours
- Large-Cabin Corporate: 1,500 hours
- 10+ years of successful experience as PIC in dynamic, global UHNW white‑glove operations.
- Type Rating: Required
- License: ATP (FAA)
- Medical: First‑Class
🧭 Preferred
- G650 type rating.
