🧭 What you will do
- Execute flight management duties from preflight planning through post-flight, ensuring strict adherence to operational standards and safety procedures.
- Support the Captain and cross-functional operational teams to maintain on-time, efficient, and customer-centric operations.
- Continuously monitor aircraft systems and flight progress, communicating clearly and proactively within the crew.
- Identify, report, and escalate any deviations from internal regulations and/or operational safety, issuing alerts as required.
- Champion a just culture by contributing to safety reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 200 hours (minimum)
- License: CPL with IR and ME
- Accepted Licenses: DGAC (Chile) or DGAC (Peru)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Minimum Level 4 (ICAO ELP)
- Languages: English and Spanish (professional proficiency)
- Type Rating: Not required — A320 training provided
Note: Knowledge of Spanish is required. Visa sponsorship is not provided; you must have the right to work as applicable.
