🧭 What you will do

  • Execute flight management duties from preflight planning through post-flight, ensuring strict adherence to operational standards and safety procedures.
  • Support the Captain and cross-functional operational teams to maintain on-time, efficient, and customer-centric operations.
  • Continuously monitor aircraft systems and flight progress, communicating clearly and proactively within the crew.
  • Identify, report, and escalate any deviations from internal regulations and/or operational safety, issuing alerts as required.
  • Champion a just culture by contributing to safety reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 200 hours (minimum)
  • License: CPL with IR and ME
  • Accepted Licenses: DGAC (Chile) or DGAC (Peru)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Minimum Level 4 (ICAO ELP)
  • Languages: English and Spanish (professional proficiency)
  • Type Rating: Not required — A320 training provided

Note: Knowledge of Spanish is required. Visa sponsorship is not provided; you must have the right to work as applicable.
