As a Pilot Cadet, you’ll progress through a structured training pathway designed to transition you into safe, confident line operations. Whether operating wheels or floats, you’ll build exceptional airmanship, situational awareness, and multi-crew coordination skills within a safety-first culture.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Complete company ground and flight training leading to operational readiness on assigned fleet (land or seaplane).
- Operate as a flight crew member under supervision, adhering to SOPs, checklists, and company policies.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, CRM, and regulatory compliance in all phases of flight.
- Support flight preparations, performance calculations, briefings, and post-flight documentation.
- Collaborate with flight operations, dispatch, and maintenance teams to ensure on-time, safe operations.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- License Required: Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
- Accepted Licenses: MCAA
- Medical: Class 1
- English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided
- Education: Qualification at MNQF Level 3 or higher (or 3 passes at grade C or above at GCSE, excluding Dhivehi and Islam)
- Visa Sponsorship: Not provided — you must have the right to work without sponsorship
Successful candidates will be assigned to the land or seaplane fleet based on assessment outcomes and company requirements.
