As a Pilot Cadet, you’ll progress through a structured training pathway designed to transition you into safe, confident line operations. Whether operating wheels or floats, you’ll build exceptional airmanship, situational awareness, and multi-crew coordination skills within a safety-first culture.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Complete company ground and flight training leading to operational readiness on assigned fleet (land or seaplane).
  • Operate as a flight crew member under supervision, adhering to SOPs, checklists, and company policies.
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety, CRM, and regulatory compliance in all phases of flight.
  • Support flight preparations, performance calculations, briefings, and post-flight documentation.
  • Collaborate with flight operations, dispatch, and maintenance teams to ensure on-time, safe operations.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • License Required: Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
  • Accepted Licenses: MCAA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Type Rating: Not required — training provided
  • Education: Qualification at MNQF Level 3 or higher (or 3 passes at grade C or above at GCSE, excluding Dhivehi and Islam)
  • Visa Sponsorship: Not provided — you must have the right to work without sponsorship

Successful candidates will be assigned to the land or seaplane fleet based on assessment outcomes and company requirements.
