We’re sorry, but pausing a package is not possible.
Once a package is activated, it runs continuously for its full duration and cannot be temporarily put on hold. This policy helps ensure consistent access, predictable service timelines and fairness for all users.

If you are experiencing technical issues with the dashboard, one of the tests, or your joystick, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
Use the latest version of Google Chrome, as it provides the best compatibility with our platform. If you are already using Chrome, make sure it is fully up to date. We also recommend opening the platform in an Incognito window, as this disables most browser extensions and plugins that could interfere with the website.
If the issue persists, try a different modern browser. You can also try a different device (such as a mobile phone, tablet, or another computer) to determine whether the issue is specific to your current device or browser.
For joystick-related issues, ensure that your joystick drivers and any accompanying software or firmware are updated to the latest version provided by the manufacturer.
If the problem continues after completing the steps above, please contact the PASS Support Team and include as much information as possible, such as the name of the affected test, your browser, your device type (mobile phone, tablet, or computer) and operating system, your joystick model (if applicable), and any error messages or screenshots. This information will help us identify the cause of the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
The renewal discount is integrated in your current package and cannot be applied to another package.

We encourage all candidates to sign up for free to test the compatibility of our platform and software before purchasing or subscribing.
A refund will only be issued if the PASS software is proven to be faulty or non-operational during the active subscription period — and this malfunction prevents the candidate from using the platform to prepare for their assessment.
PASS reserves the right to verify whether the software has been successfully used.
For investigative purposes, PASS may request proof from the candidate, such as screenshots or videos demonstrating the issue.
If a candidate has completed a test, accessed the forum, or otherwise used the software successfully, the software is deemed functional, and no refund will be granted.
Approved refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee to cover payment provider fees and processing costs.
