🧭 What you’ll do
- Command Citation M2/CJ series operations with strict adherence to regulations, SOPs, and company standards.
- Own all phases of flight: performance planning, weight and balance, weather and NOTAM review, risk assessment, and fuel strategy.
- Lead effective CRM with the SIC and coordinate with dispatch/maintenance to ensure aircraft readiness.
- Execute checklist discipline, monitor aircraft systems, and manage abnormal/emergency procedures decisively.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with ATC, teammates, and passengers—on the radio, in person, and by phone.
- Uphold a proactive safety culture and maintain training, currency, and documentation to the highest standard.

- Manual dexterity to operate telephones, computers, and all required aircraft equipment.
- Clear, effective verbal communication; vision correctable to meet pilot qualifications.
- Valid driver’s license per MTN motor vehicle policy and reliable transportation for company-reimbursed use under IRS guidelines.
- Home internet access may be required.
- OSHA Category III — no exposure to bloodborne pathogens while performing assigned duties.
🌟 Minimum flight and certification requirements
- Total Time: 2,500 hours
- Pilot-in-Command: 1,000 hours
- Multi-Engine: 1,000 hours
- Jet: 1,000 hours
- Type Rating: Required — Cessna 525 or similar
- Currency: Must be able to obtain a 525 type rating within 6 months of hire
- License: FAA ATP
- Medical: First Class
- Accepted Licenses: FAA
📅 Schedule and working conditions
- Work 20–22 shifts per month and participate in 12–14-hour duty days, including evenings and weekends.
- Comfortable working for extended periods with limited breaks while maintaining focus and professionalism.
Candidates must be authorized to work where the role is based; visa sponsorship is not available.
