🧭 Role at a glance
As Pilot-in-Command, you will lead ATR 72 sectors within Israel, uphold rigorous safety and SOP adherence under CAAI regulations, and deliver a smooth, on-time product to our customers—while mentoring your crew and collaborating across operations for excellence every flight.
🧰 What you bring
- Total time: 3,000+ hours
- Type rating: Current, valid type rating on a Boeing or Airbus aircraft
- License: ATPL accepted by CAAI
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Eligibility: Currently serving as a Captain with an Israeli airline and interested in domestic flying
ATR 72 experience is an advantage.
✈️ Key responsibilities
- Act as PIC on ATR 72 domestic routes, ensuring uncompromising safety and compliance with CAAI regulations and company SOPs.
- Exercise sound judgment in operational decision-making, including performance, W&B, fuel, MEL/CDL, and weather considerations.
- Foster exemplary CRM, mentor First Officers, and champion a just culture on the flight deck.
- Coordinate seamlessly with OCC, Dispatch, Ground, and Maintenance to protect schedule integrity and customer experience.
- Represent the airline with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
