Lead safe, efficient ATR 72 operations across Israel’s domestic sectors. You’ll set the tone from the left seat—upholding SOPs, mentoring the flight deck, and delivering a reliable service for our passengers and partners.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

  • Command ATR 72 flights on domestic routes, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance.
  • Exercise sound operational decision-making in dynamic environments and short sector operations.
  • Champion CRM and TEM principles; mentor First Officers to drive performance and professionalism.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and weather/NOTAM reviews.
  • Collaborate with OCC, maintenance, and ground teams to maintain on-time performance and service quality.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: 3,000 hours (minimum)
  • Captain Background: Open to Captains in Israeli airlines only who are interested in flying domestically
  • Type Rating: Current, valid type rating on either Boeing or Airbus
  • License Required: ATPL
  • Accepted Licenses: CAAI
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Work Authorization: Eligibility to live and work in Israel; visa sponsorship is not provided

Nice to have: Recent regional or turboprop experience and familiarity with short-sector operations.
