Step straight into command on one of the world’s most trusted narrow-body jets. We’re inviting experienced leaders to join as Direct Entry Captains on the Boeing 737NG. Non–type-rated pilots are welcome — we’ll provide your full type rating and a smooth transition to line operations.

🧭 Your Mission

Command safe, efficient B737NG operations across a multi-sector network, upholding the highest standards of airmanship and decision-making.
Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary crew, fostering clear communication, teamwork, and an exemplary safety culture.
Execute SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements with precision across all phases of flight.
Champion operational excellence through disciplined preflight planning, fuel and performance management, and proactive threat/error management.
Mentor and develop flight crew, supporting a positive, learning-focused cockpit environment.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

Total Time: 3,500 hours (minimum)
PIC Time: 800 hours (minimum)
Multi-engine Jet: 2,000 hours (minimum)
Multi-Pilot: 2,000 hours (minimum)
License: EASA ATPL
Medical: Class 1
Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 (minimum)
Background Check: Ability to pass an enhanced background check and meet all regulatory requirements

Flight time notes: Minimum of 2,000 hours on a multi-crew, multi-engine jet aircraft weighing in excess of 30,000 kg MTOW with an established airline, cargo operator or Military transport. Minimum of 800 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) for EASA licence holders on a multi-crew, multi-engine jet aircraft weighing in excess of 30,000 kg. (No PIC hours on turboprop aircraft shall be considered). For EASA licence holders the application must be made within 36 months of the most recent relevant Type Rating “Valid Until” date specified in Section XII “Certificate of Revalidation”; i.e. the rating must not have expired for longer than 3 years at the intended course commencement date.
