🧭 The Opportunity

As a B737NG Direct Entry Captain, you will take operational command of multi-sector schedules, lead a high-performing crew, and deliver safe, efficient, and on-time operations. You will champion SOPs, mentor flight deck colleagues, and uphold the highest safety and customer service standards across every phase of flight.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total time: 3,500 hours minimum
  • Multi-engine jet time: 2,000 hours minimum
  • Multi-pilot (multi-crew) time: 2,000 hours minimum
  • PIC time: 800 hours minimum on a multi-crew, multi-engine jet aircraft >30,000 kg MTOW (No turboprop PIC hours considered)
  • Licence: Valid EASA ATPL
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Additional: Ability to pass an enhanced background check and meet all regulatory requirements

🌟 Flight Time Notes & Currency

  • Minimum of 2,000 hours on a multi-crew, multi-engine jet aircraft >30,000 kg MTOW with an established airline, cargo operator, or military transport unit.
  • Minimum of 800 hours PIC on a multi-crew, multi-engine jet aircraft >30,000 kg MTOW; turboprop PIC hours are not considered.
  • Currency: Must have operated a multi-crew, multi-engine jet >30,000 kg within the 36 months prior to the course start date.
  • Application must be made within 36 months of the most recent relevant type rating “Valid Until” date in Section XII “Certificate of Revalidation.” The rating must not have been expired for longer than 3 years at the intended course commencement date.

🎓 Training & Onboarding

Non-type-rated Captains are welcome. A comprehensive B737NG type rating and differences training program will be provided, followed by line training and supervised line flying to ensure a confident, compliant transition to command on type.
