✈️ The Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated, experienced Captains to lead safe, efficient B737 300–900 operations across our European network. You will join a high-performance culture with a laser focus on safety, reliability, and customer experience.

🧭 Your Mission
  • Exercise command of B737 300–900 operations in full compliance with company SOPs, EASA regulations, and all applicable operational standards.
  • Lead and mentor a multi-national crew, championing a just culture and high safety standards.
  • Deliver on-time performance through sound decision-making, fuel efficiency, and proactive disruption management.
  • Apply robust TEM, manage weather/ATC constraints, and ensure resilient flight planning and diversion strategies.
  • Maintain personal currency and training standards, contributing to continuous improvement across the operation.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
  • Total time: 3,500 hours+
  • Multi-engine Jet: 2,000 hours+
  • Multi-engine Jet PIC: 800 hours+
  • PIC in Type (B737 300–900): 500 hours+
  • Type rating: B737 300–900 required
🧾 Flight Time & Currency Notes
  • Minimum of 2,000 hours on a multi-crew, multi-engine jet aircraft weighing in excess of 30,000 kg MTOW with an established airline, cargo operator, or military transport.
  • Minimum of 800 hours PIC for EASA licence holders on a multi-crew, multi-engine jet aircraft weighing in excess of 30,000 kg MTOW. No PIC hours on turboprop aircraft shall be considered.
  • For EASA licence holders, the application must be made within 36 months of the most recent B737 300–900 “Valid Until” date specified in Section XII “Certificate of Revalidation” (i.e., the rating must not have expired for longer than 3 years at the intended OCC course commencement date).
  • Candidates who hold a valid B737 Type Rating but have not operated the aircraft within the previous 36 months will be required to complete a full Transition Type Rating course and will be considered non-type-rated candidates.
  • Currency: Must have operated on B737 300–900 as Commander within the 36 months prior to the course start date.
📜 Licence, Medical & Language
  • Licence required: ATPL (EASA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO English: Level 4 or higher

  • Ability to pass an enhanced background check and meet all other regulatory requirements.
