🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Captain PC-12 operations with an unwavering commitment to safety, professionalism, and on-time performance.
  • Plan and execute flights, including weather analysis, performance calculations, and thorough preflight/defueled checks.
  • Ensure strict compliance with FARs, company policies, and best practices.
  • Deliver an outstanding passenger experience with clear communication and calm, decisive leadership.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams for efficient mission outcomes.
  • Maintain meticulous flight, aircraft, and regulatory documentation.
  • Participate in recurrent training and continuous education to uphold the highest standards of proficiency.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of aircraft systems and performance, aviation industry practices, and operational risk management.
  • Thorough understanding of FARs and current aviation issues affecting flight operations.
  • Sound judgment, excellent CRM, and strong decision-making under changing conditions.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and clear, concise communication in all phases of flight.

🌟 Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: 2,000 hours minimum
  • Multi-Engine Time: 50 hours minimum
  • Type Rating: Not required — training provided
  • Licenses: FAA CPL, IR, ME (accepted licenses: FAA only)
  • Medical: FAA Class 1

Preferred: 2,500 hours of relevant flight time and prior PC-12 experience are highly desired.
