🧭 The opportunity

As PC-12 Captain, you will lead safe, efficient, and compliant flight operations in support of Quest Diagnostics’ mission. You’ll exercise sound judgment, uphold rigorous standards, and represent the flight department with professionalism on every leg.

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Serve as Pilot-in-Command of the PC-12, ensuring the highest safety and compliance standards.
  • Plan and execute flights in accordance with FARs, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate with scheduling, maintenance, and ground teams to ensure on-time, airworthy operations.
  • Maintain meticulous logs, records, and required documentation.
  • Participate in recurrent training and continuous education to remain current and proficient.

✅ Minimum qualifications

  • Total Time: 2,000 hours
  • Multi-Engine: 50 hours
  • Licenses: CPL, IR, ME (FAA)
  • Medical: FAA First-Class
  • Type Rating: Not required (Training provided; NTR)
  • Knowledge: Aircraft systems, FARs, and current aviation issues

🌟 Preferred qualifications

  • Flight Time: 2,500+ hours preferred
  • PC-12 Experience: Highly desired
  • Professional Skills: Strong decision-making, communication, and CRM

📚 Ongoing expectations

Continuous education and recurrent training are required to maintain proficiency, safety, and compliance standards on the PC-12.
