- Captain PC-12 operations with an unwavering commitment to safety, professionalism, and on-time performance.
- Plan and execute flights, including weather analysis, performance calculations, and thorough preflight/defueled checks.
- Ensure strict compliance with FARs, company policies, and best practices.
- Deliver an outstanding passenger experience with clear communication and calm, decisive leadership.
- Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams for efficient mission outcomes.
- Maintain meticulous flight, aircraft, and regulatory documentation.
- Participate in recurrent training and continuous education to uphold the highest standards of proficiency.

- Demonstrated knowledge of aircraft systems and performance, aviation industry practices, and operational risk management.
- Thorough understanding of FARs and current aviation issues affecting flight operations.
- Sound judgment, excellent CRM, and strong decision-making under changing conditions.
- Professionalism, integrity, and clear, concise communication in all phases of flight.
🌟 Minimum Requirements
- Total Time: 2,000 hours minimum
- Multi-Engine Time: 50 hours minimum
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided
- Licenses: FAA CPL, IR, ME (accepted licenses: FAA only)
- Medical: FAA Class 1
Preferred: 2,500 hours of relevant flight time and prior PC-12 experience are highly desired.
