Phenom 300 Captain – Corporate/Private Jet Operations

• Captain the Embraer Phenom 300/300E on corporate and family-focused missions across domestic and international routes.
• Plan and execute flights within a pilot self-dispatch framework, applying disciplined judgment and operational risk management.
• Leverage modern avionics, EFB workflows, and digital flight planning tools for efficient, data-driven decision-making.
• Uphold SMS principles, SOPs, and TEM best practices to deliver uncompromising safety and compliance.
• Deliver a discreet, anticipatory passenger experience with clear, professional communication.
• Lead by example in the cockpit; mentor SICs and peers to elevate standards and teamwork.
• Coordinate seamlessly with maintenance, schedulers, FBOs, and vendors to keep missions on-time and on-standard.
• Adapt quickly to evolving schedules and constraints while remaining composed and solutions-focused.

• Demonstrated experience in corporate or private aviation environments.
• Strong understanding of the differences between corporate operations and family-centered missions.
• Experience operating under pilot self-dispatch with sound, timely decision-making.
• Technical fluency with glass avionics, EFB systems, and digital flight planning platforms.
• Calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach to complex or time-sensitive situations.
• Proven leadership capability and a professional mentorship approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Valid passport and comfort with international travel.
• Ability to meet security clearance requirements and regulatory background checks.

• License Required: ATPL (TCCA)
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
• Type Rating: Not required (Training provided; NTR welcome)
• Preferred Experience: Phenom 300E type rating and time on type, or similar high-performance corporate jet
