✈️ The Opportunity
As Captain on the Embraer Phenom 300/300E, you will anchor a refined, schedule-sensitive operation where your judgement, composure, and service mindset set the tone. You will lead missions in a pilot self-dispatch framework, leveraging modern avionics, an EFB, and digital flight planning tools to deliver seamless journeys across domestic and international destinations.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Exercise PIC authority with uncompromising safety, sound decision-making, and strong CRM.
- Plan, self-dispatch, and execute missions end-to-end using digital flight planning, performance, and EFB solutions.
- Navigates seamlessly in complex, time-sensitive operating environments while maintaining a composed, solutions-focused approach.
- Deliver discreet, anticipatory service tailored to the unique needs of corporate executives and family travel.
- Lead, brief, and mentor SICs and ground partners; model professional standards and coach best practices.
- Maintain technical currency on modern avionics and automation; champion SOP and checklist discipline.
- Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to preserve dispatch reliability and aircraft readiness.
- Uphold all regulatory, security, and company requirements throughout planning and flight execution.
🧰 What You Bring
- Licensing: Current ATPL (TCCA) and Class 1 medical; ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
- Type Rating: Not required — full training provided. Phenom 300/300E or similar high-performance corporate jet experience preferred.
- Corporate/VIP mindset: Demonstrated success in corporate or private aviation with a clear understanding of the nuances between corporate operations and family-focused missions.
- Self-dispatch proficiency: Experience operating within a pilot self-dispatch framework.
- Tech-forward: Proficiency with modern avionics, EFB systems, and digital flight planning/performance tools.
- Leadership & mentorship: Proven captaincy, professional mentorship approach, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Agility under pressure: Adaptable, composed, and solutions-oriented in dynamic, schedule-sensitive environments.
- Travel & security: Valid passport; ability to travel internationally and meet security clearance and regulatory background check requirements.
