Step into the left seat of a high-performance Embraer Phenom 300 and bring your precision, professionalism, and poise to every phase of flight. This permanent role is built for a type-rated captain who thrives in complex environments and leads with safety, service, and sound judgment.

π§ What you will do
- Serve as Pilot in Command on the Phenom 300, delivering safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations.
- Exercise excellent judgment and decision making across planning, dispatch, and in-flight phases.
- Operate confidently into high-traffic, international, austere, and mountainous airports in changing weather, day and night.
- Lead flight planning, performance calculations, fuel strategy, and risk assessments while maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Champion SOPs, CRM, SMS/FRAT practices, and continuous improvement in training and standards.
- Mentor crewmembers, coordinate with maintenance and dispatch, and uphold a professional cabin experience.
π§° Minimum requirements
- Total time: 3,500 hours
- Multi-engine: 1,500 hours
- Turbine: 1,000 hours
- Type rating: Phenom 300 required
- Time in type: 200 hours in type, or as approved by the insurance carrier
- Simulator currency: Current within the last 12 months at CAE or FlightSafety
- Operational experience: High-density and international airports; austere and mountainous environments; variable weather, day and night
- If Phenom 100βonly type: Recent fast-jet experience required
- Judgment: Excellent judgment and decision making
π Preferred qualifications
- Single-pilot turbine PIC experience
- Previous Part 135 Captain in passenger-carrying operations
- Typed in both Phenom 100 and Phenom 300
- Aerobatics, upset-recovery, or aircraft energy management training and skills
π Certifications and medical
- License required: ATP
- Accepted licenses: FAA
- Medical: Class 2
