✈️ PC-12 Captain — Lead the Mission

Step into the left seat of a proven single‑engine turboprop and make an impact from day one. This permanent PC‑12 Captain role is ideal for professionals who value precision, safety, and mission-driven flying. Training is provided (NTR), and EMS experience is a plus.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as Pilot in Command of the Pilatus PC‑12, executing safe, efficient IFR/VFR operations under all applicable FARs and company SOPs.
  • Exercise sound judgment in weather, performance, and risk assessments; maintain a safety-first culture at all times.
  • Collaborate using strong CRM with dispatch, maintenance, and mission/medical teams.
  • Ensure meticulous flight planning, weight and balance, fuel management, and post‑flight documentation.
  • Uphold aircraft care standards and remain current and proficient through scheduled training and checks.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total Time: 2,500 hours
  • Licenses: FAA CPL with IR and ME; Commercial certificate with appropriate category and class ratings and Instrument Airplane
  • Eligible to complete the ATP CTP within one year of employment
  • Medical: Class 2 FAA medical
  • Accepted Licenses: FAA

NTR: No prior PC‑12 type rating required; initial and recurrent aircraft training provided.

🌟 Preferred qualifications

  • Emergency Medical Services (EMS) flight experience
  • PC‑12 PIC: 50 hours
  • Turbojet Time (if assigned to jet ops): 200 hours

🛡️ Safety & standards

  • Operate single‑pilot with disciplined adherence to sterile cockpit, SOPs, and regulatory compliance.
  • Practice proactive risk management, including thorough preflight/postflight and threat‑error management.
  • Participate in continuous improvement: safety reporting, debriefs, and periodic checks.

📚 Training & development

  • Comprehensive PC‑12 systems, procedures, and recurrent training provided.
  • Structured pathway and expectation to complete the ATP CTP within 12 months of hire (eligibility required).
