🧭 Role Snapshot

  • Operate the Embraer E170/E190 across scheduled regional routes under IFR, ensuring safety, compliance, and on-time performance.
  • Work within a professional multi-crew cockpit, applying robust CRM and TEM principles.
  • Execute flight planning, performance calculations, and FMS set‑up within an EFIS/FMS environment.
  • Contribute to a just-culture, reporting and continuous improvement ethos aligned with IOSA standards.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: 1,500 hours
  • In Type (E170/E190): 300 hours
  • Multi‑Engine: 300 hours
  • Turbine: 300 hours
  • Multi‑Pilot: 300 hours
  • Type Rating: Required (Embraer E170/E190)
  • License Required: CPL with IR and ME
  • Accepted Licenses: EASA, FAA, ICAO
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Travel Document: Valid passport

🌟 Preferred Experience

  • Previous regional airline experience.
  • Proven IFR operational experience.
  • Hands‑on EFIS/FMS operations.
  • Exposure to an IOSA environment.
  • Strong CRM and TEM competencies.

🧾 Licenses & Compliance

  • Hold a valid CPL/IR/ME issued by EASA, FAA, or an ICAO authority.
  • Maintain an unrestricted Class 1 medical certificate.
  • Demonstrate ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or above.
