🧭 The opportunity
Lead our Embraer E170/E190 operations as Captain, setting the standard for safety, precision, and teamwork. You’ll command modern EFIS/FMS flight decks, operate under international standards (ICAO / FAA / EASA), and mentor a high‑performing crew culture grounded in robust CRM and TEM practices.
🧰 What you will do
- Command E‑Jet flights as PIC, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations end‑to‑end.
- Execute thorough flight planning: performance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, and weight & balance.
- Operate and monitor advanced EFIS/FMS and E‑Jet systems with precision.
- Lead the flight deck with exemplary CRM and TEM, fostering clear communication and sound decision‑making.
- Uphold company SOPs and regulatory requirements across ICAO/FAA/EASA standards.
- Coordinate effectively with dispatch, maintenance, and ATC; conduct concise briefs and debriefs.
- Model a safety‑first mindset aligned with IOSA principles.
🌟 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 3,000 hours
- PIC time: 1,000 hours
- In type (E170/E190): 500 hours
- Multi‑engine: 1,000 hours
- Multi‑pilot: 1,000 hours
- Type rating: Required (Embraer 170/190)
- ICAO ELP level: 5
- Additional requirement: Valid Passport
🧭 Licenses & medical
- License required: ATP / ATPL
- Accepted licenses: EASA, FAA, ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
🌟 Preferred profile
- Previous regional airline experience.
- LATAM operational experience.
- Hands‑on EFIS/FMS proficiency.
- Proven operations under ICAO/FAA/EASA standards.
- Exposure to an IOSA environment.
- Strong CRM and TEM competencies.
