✈️ Direct-Entry Boeing 777 Captain (NTR)
Join National Airlines as a widebody Captain and lead long-haul, international operations on the Boeing 777. This is a permanent position with full training provided for non-type-rated candidates.
🧭 The Mission
Command safe, efficient, and compliant global operations under FAR Part 121. As a Boeing 777 Captain, you’ll lead a high-performing flight crew, deliver exceptional operational decision-making, and uphold National Airlines’ commitment to safety and reliability across international routes.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Lead Boeing 777 flight operations in accordance with company procedures and all applicable regulations.
- Exercise sound judgment and command authority through all phases of flight, including complex international operations.
- Foster a collaborative, safety-first cockpit culture with robust CRM and clear communication.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and route/NOTAM/weather analysis.
- Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground operations to ensure on-time, compliant performance.
- Represent National Airlines professionally with customers, crews, and global aviation partners.
🌟 Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 5,000 hours (hours must be obtained under Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations)
- Command/SIC Time: Minimum 1,000 hours PIC or SIC to qualify per FAR 121.436
- License: FAA ATP (an ATP issued with a “CIRC APCH–VMC Only” limitation is acceptable)
- Medical: First-Class (Class 1)
- Accepted Licenses: FAA only
🧭 Additional Requirements
- FCC Permit: Hold an FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
- Passport: Valid for at least one year from application date
- Visas: Valid passport with applicable visas for international travel; foreign nationals must be able to obtain required visas to operate National Airlines flights
- Retirement: All National pilots are subject to FAA Part 121 mandatory retirement regulations
- Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is not provided

No Boeing 777 type rating? No problem. National Airlines provides comprehensive Boeing 777 training, including ground school, simulator, and operational experience to ensure you are fully qualified and confident on type.
