Lead premium business jet operations as Pilot‑in‑Command on the Pilatus PC‑24. This permanent role welcomes non‑type‑rated captains, with full PC‑24 training provided. Fluency in Japanese is essential to deliver exceptional, culturally aware service and clear communication across flight operations.

🧭 What you’ll do
- Command the Pilatus PC‑24 on domestic and international missions under IFR and VFR, ensuring uncompromising safety and compliance.
- Plan and execute flights, including performance calculations, weight and balance, and short‑field considerations aligned with aircraft capabilities and company SOPs.
- Deliver a premium, discreet passenger experience; communicate clearly in Japanese with clients, crew, and stakeholders.
- Uphold operational excellence through rigorous checklist discipline, threat and error management, and proactive decision‑making.
- Support ongoing training, mentoring, and simulator/check ride activities to maintain currency and standards.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Jet time: 500+ hours
- Flight time: More than 500 hours on light to ultra‑long‑range business jets
- Licences: CPL, IR, ME (accepted: ICAO)
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Type rating: Not required — PC‑24 training provided
- Language: Fluent Japanese
