🧭 Your Mission
As First Officer, you’ll support safe, efficient Challenger 604 operations while delivering an elevated passenger experience.
- Execute all phases of flight in accordance with SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with the Captain using strong CRM, threat and error management, and disciplined decision-making.
- Maintain currency and a valid PPC within the responsible aircraft grouping.
- Assist with flight planning, performance calculations, and international procedures as required.
- Deliver attentive, discreet customer service to clients and guests.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and time management on every trip.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 750+ hours
- PIC Time: 100+ hours
- Multi-Engine: 300+ hours
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided
- License Required: IATRA under TCCA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- Currency: Hold a current PPC and maintain currency for an airplane in the responsible aircraft grouping
- Core Skills: Excellent customer service, decision-making and problem-solving, organizational and time management, communication and interpersonal skills
