Pilatus PC-24 Captain (Pilot-in-Command) — Phoenix Sky Harbor

🧭 The Mission

Lead safe, efficient, and polished operations as the primary PIC of a Phoenix-based PC-24. You’ll be a trusted advisor to the owner, a top-tier ambassador for Cutter Aviation, and a steady hand coordinating with our Flight Management team across all phases of operation and support.

• Serve as PIC for owner and charter flights, executing every mission with precision, professionalism, and discretion.
• Deliver white-glove service—anticipating and fulfilling the needs of owners, guests, and charter clients.
• Act as primary point of contact and brand ambassador to owners, operators, business partners, and the business aviation community.
• Liaise with Cutter Flight Management on scheduling, maintenance coordination, and all operational support.
• Manage all phases of flight: planning, performance, weight and balance, risk assessment, and post-flight documentation.
• Ensure aircraft readiness, appearance, and cabin presentation meet premium standards.
• Train and mentor a Second-in-Command (SIC) to properly perform their functions when assigned.
• Uphold company SOPs, safety culture, and full regulatory compliance.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

• Certification: FAA ATP required; current Class 1 medical.
• Type Rating: Not required (training provided). NTR candidates welcome.
• Experience: Knowledge of general aviation aircraft and service requirements, plus the needs of crews and passengers.
• Customer Excellence: Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills; able to develop a friendly rapport and deliver world-class service.
• Leadership: Proven ability to train and mentor an SIC.
• Record & Compliance: No accidents, incidents, or sanctions in the past 5 years.
• Screenings: Ability to pass a drug screening and background check; clean driving record.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Work Authorization: Eligible to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Accepted Licenses: FAA.

🌟 Preferred Flight Experience

• 3,000 hours Total Time
• 1,500 hours PIC
• 250 hours PIC in turbine-powered aircraft
