✈️ The Mission

Lead safe, efficient, and guest-centric operations across North America and the Caribbean. You’ll champion a white-glove experience while executing precise, compliant flights in a dynamic corporate environment.

  • Serve as Pilot in Command on the Learjet 45 for domestic and international missions.
  • Plan and execute flights, ensuring precise performance calculations, fuel management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Operate confidently in international airspace, including Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
  • Model exceptional CRM, SOP discipline, and risk management.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with discretion, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintain an impeccable professional appearance and represent the flight department to the highest standard.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
  • Total Time: 3,000 hours
  • Pilot in Command (PIC): 1,500 hours
  • Multi-Engine: 500 hours
  • Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
  • License: FAA ATP
  • Medical: Class 1 (First Class)

  • No accidents, incidents, or warnings within the past five years.
  • Thorough knowledge of corporate aviation and international procedures (Canada, Mexico, Caribbean).
  • Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to successfully pass a drug screening test.
  • Ability to clear a comprehensive background check.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
