Cessna Citation CJ/M2 Captain (Type-Rated)

• Assume full command of flight operations, ensuring uncompromising safety, compliance, and passenger comfort from briefing to block-in.
• Plan and execute flights under IFR, including performance calculations, fuel strategy, weight and balance, weather/NOTAM review, and alternate planning.
• Lead cockpit decision-making, apply sound CRM, and maintain calm, clear communication under pressure.
• Deliver a polished, discreet customer experience; anticipate needs and resolve issues with tact and professionalism.
• Demonstrate flexibility for schedule changes, dynamic routing, and short-notice missions while upholding high standards.
• Maintain currency, aircraft knowledge, and SOP discipline; support recurrent training and continuous improvement.

• Total Time: 1,500+ hours
• PIC Time: 500+ hours
• Multi-Engine: 500+ hours
• Total IFR Time: 500+ hours
• Type Rating: Required on Cessna Citation CJ/M2 series (variants: CJ1, M2, CJ4 Gen2)
• Flying Skills: Outstanding handling and automation management

• Licence Required: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
• Accepted Licences: EASA
• Medical: Class 1
• Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4+
• Passport: Valid and suitable for international travel

• Education: High school degree (minimum)
• Languages: Fluency in Dutch or French; additional languages are an advantage
