✈️ About the role
As Captain on our Citation CJ series (CJ1, M2, and CJ4 Gen2), you will lead safe and efficient IFR operations while providing an attentive, discreet service to our clients. You’ll combine outstanding airmanship with proactive decision-making, upholding the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer care.
🧭 Minimum flight experience
- Total time: 1,500 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time: 500 hours
- Multi-engine: 500 hours
- Total IFR time: > 500 hours
- Type variants: CJ1, M2, CJ4 Gen2
- Type rating: Required (Citation CJ/M2 series)
Outstanding flying skills and sound judgment are essential.
🧰 Licenses & certifications
- License: Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
- Authority: EASA
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4+
- Education: High school degree (minimum)
- Passport: Valid

🧭 Key responsibilities
- Command day-to-day Citation CJ series operations in accordance with regulations and company SOPs.
- Plan and conduct IFR flights, including performance, weight and balance, fuel, weather, and alternates.
- Champion client care and a refined onboard experience without compromising safety.
- Lead with effective CRM, delivering thorough briefings and debriefings.
- Maintain personal currency, training, and documentation to Class 1 standards.
- Exercise sound risk management and decisive judgement in dynamic environments.
🧭 Location & flexibility
- Home base proximity: Willing to relocate to live within a 1-hour driving time of the assigned home base, if needed
- Flexibility: Comfortable with changing schedules and operational demands
