✈️ The Opportunity
Executive Jet Management (EJM) is hiring an experienced Captain to lead a well-supported, two-pilot Phenom 300 operation based in sunny Sarasota, Florida. This Part 91-only program flies approximately 300 hours annually, offering a balanced schedule, high-touch service, and the stability of a Berkshire Hathaway company.
🧭 Your Mission
- Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) on the Phenom 300, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
- Deliver a refined, personalized experience to discerning owners and passengers in the corporate/business aviation environment.
- Lead all phases of flight planning and execution: performance, fuel, weather, routing, and alternates.
- Uphold EJM standards for risk management, SOP adherence, and a just culture of safety.
- Coordinate seamlessly with your SIC, maintenance providers, and scheduling teams.
- Maintain aircraft readiness, documentation accuracy, and professional appearance at all times.

📍 Location & Relocation
Base: Sarasota, FL (KSRQ). Candidates must already reside in, or be willing to relocate to, Southwest Florida.
✅ Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 3,500 hours
- PIC: 2,000 hours
- Multi-Engine: 1,500 hours
- Multi-Engine PIC: 500 hours
- Jet: 500 hours
- Instrument: 300 hours
- License: ATP (FAA)
- Medical: Class 1 (First Class)
- Experience: Prior corporate/business aviation experience
- Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
- Visa Sponsorship: Not provided
➕ Preferred Qualifications
- Current or previous Phenom 300 type rating (strongly preferred).
- Recent Part 91 corporate jet PIC experience with owner-facing operations.
