✈️ Lead the Flight as our Phenom 300 Captain

🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as Pilot in Command of the Embraer Phenom 300, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and professionalism.
- Plan and execute domestic and international flights: performance calculations, weight and balance, fuel planning, weather/NOTAM reviews, routing, and alternates.
- Operate in strict adherence to FAA regulations, company procedures, and SOPs; champion a proactive safety culture and sound risk management.
- Provide discreet, anticipatory service to high-net-worth individuals and on sensitive missions while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Lead effective CRM with flight crew, dispatch, maintenance, and ground handling to ensure on-time, seamless operations.
- Oversee aircraft readiness, cabin presentation, and post-flight reporting; coordinate with maintenance on discrepancies and MEL/CDL as applicable.
- Deliver clear passenger briefings and maintain professional communication with all stakeholders throughout each mission.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total time: 3,000 hours
- PIC time: 1,500 hours
- Multi-Engine Turbine: 1,000 hours
- License: ATP (FAA)
- Medical: First Class (Class 1)
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, airspace procedures, and safety protocols.
- Valid passport with unrestricted ability to travel internationally.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; calm and decisive under pressure.
- Strong customer-service orientation with proven discretion when working with high-net-worth individuals or sensitive operations.
- Ability to travel frequently, including overnight and international trips.
- Availability for on-call duty, weekends, and holidays as operationally required.
🌟 Preferred experience
- Phenom 300 type rating (preferred) or willingness to obtain via company-sponsored training.
- 250 hours PIC in type (Phenom 300).
- Experience in Part 91 and/or Part 135 operations.
🧳 Schedule & travel
Expect a dynamic schedule with frequent travel, including overnights and international sectors. On-call duty, weekend, and holiday availability are part of the role to support mission needs and deliver a seamless owner/charter experience.
