Falcon 900EX EASy Captain (PIC) — Managed Aircraft, BDR Base (Shelton, CT)

✈️ Role at a Glance

Airshare is seeking a Falcon 900EX EASy Pilot in Command to support complex, dynamic private-aviation operations from the Shelton, CT area. You’ll partner closely with fellow crew members to deliver safe, efficient air transportation for aircraft owners, represent Airshare with professionalism, and apply sound judgment, innovation, and imagination to meet growing operational demands.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Serve as PIC on domestic and international Part 135 operations in the Falcon 900EX EASy.
• Lead flight preparation, including performance, weight and balance, fuel planning, and risk assessment.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance and maintain all required currency, including instrument-flight-time and night-landing requirements.
• Collaborate with the crew to deliver an exceptional and safe owner/passenger experience.
• Represent Airshare professionally with owners, partners, and vendors.
• Support operational needs with flexibility in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Assist with aircraft care and required handling, including lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.

🧰 What You Bring

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4,000 total flight hours, including at least 500 hours of jet SIC time.
• Recent corporate flying experience.
• Ability to live within one hour of BDR (Sikorsky Memorial Airport) and operate internationally under Part 135.
• First Class Medical and ATP (Unrestricted or Restricted).
• Compliance with instrument and night currency requirements and successful completion of an instrument competency check in the assigned aircraft category.
• Falcon 900EX EASy type rating and current experience strongly preferred (not mandatory).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

🌍 Operations & Base

• Base: BDR — Sikorsky Memorial Airport (Shelton/Bridgeport, CT).
• Residency: Must live within one hour of the assigned base.
• Scope: International Part 135 operations supporting aircraft owners in a managed-aircraft environment.
