King Air 350 Charter Captain (Part 135) – Fargo, ND

✈️ The opportunity

As a Captain and Pilot-in-Command, you’ll provide operational leadership, safety oversight, and mentorship to developing Second in Command pilots while conducting both Part 91 and Part 135 flights. You’ll set the tone for professionalism and customer service, operating within a proven, dual-pilot charter environment that supports a thriving local and managed-aircraft business.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Command King Air 350 missions as PIC under Part 91 and Part 135 in a dual-pilot environment.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and all applicable Federal Regulations.
• Champion safety, professionalism, and customer-focused service on every leg.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Second in Command pilots to build proficiency and teamwork.
• Plan and execute flights to meet the needs of aircraft owners and charter clients, including overnights.
• Collaborate with dispatch/ops to deliver reliable, efficient, and on-time operations.
• Utilize the company’s Electronic Flight Bag (iPad and charts) to maintain currency and ensure readiness.

🧰 What you bring

• Certificates & Medical: FAA Commercial Pilot—Airplane Multi-Engine Land with Instrument; First-Class Medical. ATP (unrestricted or restricted) preferred.
• Minimum flight time: 1,200 hours total time, 500 hours cross-country, 100 hours night, 75 hours instrument (at least 50 hours actual), and 200 hours turbine.
• Preferred: BE-300 type rating; King Air experience; ATP certificate; 2,000 hours total time; 500 hours multi-engine (including 250 hours turbine).
• Location: Reside (or be willing to reside) within two hours of KFAR.
• Compliance: Pre-employment background check; pre-employment and random drug screening; clean driving record.
• Work authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Physical requirements: Ability to climb, balance, bend, kneel, crouch, squat, and crawl; sit for extended periods; and lift up to 50 lbs.
