Citation Latitude Captain (PIC) — CE680A

✈️ Your Mission

Lead every flight with precision, poise, and hospitality. As Captain, you will serve as Cutter Aviation’s primary ambassador to owners, clients, operators, and partners while delivering a seamless, world-class experience.

• Serve as Pilot-in-Command of the CE680A in Part 91 and Part 135 on-demand operations.
• Deliver uncompromising, concierge-level service to clients and guests.
• Ensure strict compliance with FAA regulations, company SOPs, qualifications, currency, and fitness for flight.
• Plan and execute flights including performance, weight and balance, weather, routing, and risk assessment.
• Conduct thorough preflight and postflight inspections; coordinate maintenance and ensure aircraft compliance.
• Complete accurate flight logs, reports, and irregularity documentation as required.
• Train and mentor the SIC to ensure proficiency and adherence to standards.
• Adapt to rotating schedules and short-notice callouts with composure and professionalism.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Operations or Chief Pilot.

🧰 What You Bring

• Previous PIC jet type rating (required).
• 3,000+ hours total time and 1,500+ hours PIC.
• 250+ hours in a mid-size or larger jet (> 20,000 lb MTOW) as PIC or SIC.
• Current FAA-issued pilot certificate and current First-Class Medical.
• No accidents, incidents, or sanctions within the past five years.
• Strong knowledge of general aviation aircraft operations and service requirements for crews and passengers.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills with a professional appearance and manner.
• Proven ability to multitask, show initiative, build friendly rapport, and work collaboratively as a team member.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb; valid driver license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
• High school diploma or GED.

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

• Current Part 135.293/297 qualification in a jet via FSI or SimuFlite.
• Experience in the Citation Latitude or comparable mid-size jet.
