🧭 Your Mission

Own operational excellence from start to finish while upholding the highest safety standards, regulatory compliance, and customer service.

  • Exercise final authority as PIC for all phases of flight.
  • Ensure full compliance with FAA regulations, Company Flight Operations Manual, Operations Specifications, LOAs, Flight Manuals, and SOPs.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning: weather/NOTAMs, fuel, weight & balance, and performance.
  • Demonstrate strong CRM; communicate clearly with crew, dispatch, maintenance, and clients.
  • Utilize EFB and company systems; maintain accurate flight logs, reports, and discrepancy entries.
  • Champion risk management and safety reporting within a proactive safety culture.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: 3,000 hours
  • PIC Time: 1,500 hours
  • Type Rating: EMB‑505 (Phenom 300) — Required
  • License: FAA ATP
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Accepted Licenses: FAA
  • Flight Note: Must hold EMB‑505 type rating at time of application

🌟 Additional Requirements

  • Working knowledge of all Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to FAR Part 135 and Part 91.
  • Basic computer proficiency: Microsoft Office, iOS, and other internet‑based programs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid & Unrestricted Passport.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
