🧭 Your Mission
Own operational excellence from start to finish while upholding the highest safety standards, regulatory compliance, and customer service.
- Exercise final authority as PIC for all phases of flight.
- Ensure full compliance with FAA regulations, Company Flight Operations Manual, Operations Specifications, LOAs, Flight Manuals, and SOPs.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning: weather/NOTAMs, fuel, weight & balance, and performance.
- Demonstrate strong CRM; communicate clearly with crew, dispatch, maintenance, and clients.
- Utilize EFB and company systems; maintain accurate flight logs, reports, and discrepancy entries.
- Champion risk management and safety reporting within a proactive safety culture.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total Time: 3,000 hours
- PIC Time: 1,500 hours
- Type Rating: EMB‑505 (Phenom 300) — Required
- License: FAA ATP
- Medical: Class 1
- Accepted Licenses: FAA
- Flight Note: Must hold EMB‑505 type rating at time of application
🌟 Additional Requirements
- Working knowledge of all Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to FAR Part 135 and Part 91.
- Basic computer proficiency: Microsoft Office, iOS, and other internet‑based programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid & Unrestricted Passport.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
