✈️ The opportunity

As Lead Captain on the PC-24, you’ll set the tone for safe, efficient, and discreet operations. You’ll be the standard-bearer for SOP adherence, risk management, and crew coordination while delivering a polished, guest-focused experience on every leg.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as Pilot in Command on the Pilatus PC-24 under Part 91 and/or Part 135, ensuring uncompromising safety and compliance.
  • Lead end-to-end flight execution: planning, performance, weight and balance, weather and route selection, fuel strategy, and post-flight reviews.
  • Uphold company SOPs, operational control, and regulatory standards while exercising sound judgment and CRM best practices.
  • Coordinate closely with maintenance, scheduling, and ground teams to keep aircraft mission-ready and on time.
  • Deliver a refined client experience marked by professionalism, discretion, and proactive communication.
  • Maintain currency and proficiency through required training, checking, and recurrent events.
  • Foster a culture of safety and mentorship within the cockpit, modeling calm, clear leadership.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Current Pilatus PC-24 type rating and recent, relevant jet experience.
  • FAA ATP with a current Class 1 (First Class) medical.
  • Meets all applicable FAA Part 91 and/or Part 135 experience and recency requirements for the assigned aircraft.
  • Expert knowledge of turbine operations, performance planning, and FMS/avionics workflows.
  • Exceptional decision-making, CRM, and communication skills with a client-service mindset.
  • Ability to reside within two (2) hours of KSNA and support a dynamic schedule.

  • Flight time: Meets applicable FAA Part 91 and/or Part 135 requirements for the assigned aircraft
  • License: FAA ATP
  • Medical: Class 1 (First Class)
  • Accepted licenses: FAA

Must remain current with flight requirements – ATP certificate required.

📍 Proximity to base

For operational readiness and schedule reliability, you must live within two (2) hours of KSNA (John Wayne Airport). This proximity is essential for call-outs, departures, and efficient crew coordination.
