✈️ Learjet First Officer (LR‑JET)
Join a professional, Germany-based business aviation team as a First Officer on the Learjet LR‑JET series. This is a permanent role with full training provided for the right EASA-licensed copilot.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate as First Officer on the Learjet LR‑JET series under EASA OPS, supporting the Captain in all phases of flight.
- Plan and execute flights safely and efficiently, including performance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, and weight & balance.
- Apply SOPs and company manuals, maintaining the highest standards of airmanship and compliance.
- Perform thorough pre- and post-flight inspections, documentation, and debriefs.
- Uphold CRM, TEM, and SMS best practices while delivering discreet, professional service to business aviation clients.
🧰 What you bring
- Licensing: EASA Frozen ATPL with valid IR and ME; Class 1 Medical.
- Language: English with ICAO ELP level 4 minimum and excellent German skills.
- Background check: Valid background check in accordance with § 7 LuftSiG.
- Travel documents: Passport without restrictions enabling international travel.
- Driving: Valid car driving license.
- Type rating: Not required — training provided; LR35A/LR55 type rating is a plus.
- Mindset: Safety-focused, reliable, and team-oriented with strong customer awareness.
🌟 Training & onboarding
No type rating? No problem. Structured, operator-approved training will be provided for suitable candidates, leading to line flying on the Learjet LR‑JET series.
📑 Compliance & eligibility
- Employment is contingent upon maintaining your medical, licensing, and security clearance.
- Visa sponsorship is not available; you must have the right to work as required.
