🧰 Your Mission

  • Operate the Learjet 45 safely and efficiently as First Officer across short‑notice and planned charter missions.
  • Partner closely with the Captain and ground teams to deliver on‑time, impeccably briefed flights.
  • Uphold the highest standards of airmanship, SOP compliance, and threat/error management.
  • Provide discreet, polished VIP service from wheels‑up planning to post‑flight debrief.
  • Contribute to pre‑flight performance, route, weather, NOTAM and fuel planning.
  • Champion a just‑culture mindset and proactive safety reporting within the SMS/IS‑BAO framework.

🌟 What You’ll Bring

  • Current type rating on the Learjet 45 series (LR‑45) with recent operational currency.
  • EASA ATPL and valid Class 1 Medical.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
  • Demonstrated VIP/private charter experience with a client‑first approach.
  • Solid multi‑crew experience, strong CRM, and calm decision‑making under time pressure.
  • Unrestricted right to live and work as required by the operation (no visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have: Additional language skills, IS‑BAO/SMS familiarity, recent LVO/RNP experience, and a tidy logbook with strong multi‑crew turbine time.
