🧭 The mission

As a Learjet 45 First Officer, you will support safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations in a fast-paced charter environment. You will collaborate closely with the Captain and operations team to deliver reliable, discreet service to VIP clients while maintaining the highest levels of airmanship and compliance with company SOPs and EASA regulations.

🧰 What you’ll do

Operate the LR45 as First Officer, ensuring uncompromising safety and regulatory compliance.
Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, fuel and weather assessments, and briefings.
Support the Captain in all phases of flight, demonstrating strong CRM and sound decision-making.
Deliver a polished, discreet customer experience tailored to VIP expectations.
Coordinate effectively with operations, dispatch, and maintenance to ensure on-time, high-quality service.
Maintain training currencies, aircraft and personal documentation, and pristine operational standards.
Represent Hyperion Aviation with professionalism on the flight deck and on the ground.

Type rating: Current LR45 type rating (required)
License: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR/ME
Medical: Class 1
ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
Experience: Previous Corporate/Business aviation experience
Excellent CRM, communication, and teamwork skills.
Strong customer focus, discretion, and a proactive approach to service.
