🧰 What you’ll do
- Operate the Learjet 45 safely and efficiently as Second-in-Command on domestic and international sectors.
- Support thorough preflight planning, including performance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, and weight & balance.
- Execute SOPs, checklists, and CRM to the highest standard; contribute to a proactive SMS and safety culture.
- Coordinate professionally with the Captain, dispatch, ATC, ground handlers, and customers to deliver a seamless experience.
- Apply international procedures (oceanic/continental), airspace requirements, and company policies consistently.
- Maintain training currency and aircraft systems knowledge; assist with continual improvement initiatives.
- Support time-sensitive and special-mission flying as assigned; medical evacuation exposure may occur depending on operational needs.
🌟 What you bring
- Minimum 1,500 hours total time.
- International operations experience.
- Business-jet experience (Learjet or similar category/type).
- TCCA ATPL; Class 1 medical; ICAO ELP Level 4.
- Bilingual — French and English (spoken).
- Eligible to obtain a RAIC.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, leadership, and flexibility.
- A strong, safety-oriented professional track record.
🔧 Preferred qualifications
- Learjet 45 type rating.
- Medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) experience.
