🧰 What you’ll do

  • Operate the Learjet 45 safely and efficiently as Second-in-Command on domestic and international sectors.
  • Support thorough preflight planning, including performance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, and weight & balance.
  • Execute SOPs, checklists, and CRM to the highest standard; contribute to a proactive SMS and safety culture.
  • Coordinate professionally with the Captain, dispatch, ATC, ground handlers, and customers to deliver a seamless experience.
  • Apply international procedures (oceanic/continental), airspace requirements, and company policies consistently.
  • Maintain training currency and aircraft systems knowledge; assist with continual improvement initiatives.
  • Support time-sensitive and special-mission flying as assigned; medical evacuation exposure may occur depending on operational needs.

🌟 What you bring

  • Minimum 1,500 hours total time.
  • International operations experience.
  • Business-jet experience (Learjet or similar category/type).
  • TCCA ATPL; Class 1 medical; ICAO ELP Level 4.
  • Bilingual — French and English (spoken).
  • Eligible to obtain a RAIC.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, leadership, and flexibility.
  • A strong, safety-oriented professional track record.

🔧 Preferred qualifications

  • Learjet 45 type rating.
  • Medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) experience.
