🧭 The Role
As a Learjet 45 First Officer, you’ll partner closely with the Captain to deliver safe, efficient, and professional operations across domestic and international sectors. You’ll contribute to meticulous preflight preparation, disciplined SOP execution, and exceptional service throughout each mission.
- Collaborate with the Captain on flight planning, performance, W&B, fuel, weather, and NOTAM reviews.
- Configure and manage FMS/avionics; fly the aircraft to standards using proven CRM and checklist discipline.
- Uphold company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and a proactive safety culture.
- Communicate clearly with ATC, ground teams, and passengers; support timely turnarounds.
- Represent the operation with professionalism and discretion on all flights, including potential special missions (e.g., medevac) as required by the operation.
🧰 What You’ll Bring
- Total Time: 800 hours minimum
- License: TCCA licence with IATRA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- Security: Eligible to obtain a RAIC
- Type Rating: Not required — company training provided
- Language: Bilingual (French and English spoken)
