• Command the LR-45 in accordance with company manuals and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver a refined VIP charter experience with discretion and attention to detail.
• Exercise sound judgment in dynamic environments and short-notice missions.
• Champion a safety-first culture, including robust CRM and SOP discipline.
• Lead flight planning, performance calculations, and fuel strategy to optimize every sector.
• Mentor and coordinate with your First Officer and ground teams for seamless turnarounds.

🧰 What you’ll bring

• Total time: 3,000 hours minimum
• Type rating: Current Learjet 45 (LR-45) type rating — required
• License: ATPL
• Accepted licenses: EASA
• Medical: Class 1
• Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Additional: Proven VIP/private charter experience
• Impeccable airmanship, passenger-handling finesse, and professional presentation.
