Learjet 45 Captain – No Type Rating Required (ATP)

✈️ Your Mission

As Captain, you will ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations on domestic and international itineraries, exercising sound judgment and leadership in every phase of flight.

• Lead all phases of flight with strict adherence to company SOPs and applicable regulations.
• Own flight preparation, including performance planning, weight and balance, weather/NOTAM review, and fuel strategy.
• Foster strong crew coordination and CRM; mentor and collaborate with other crew members.
• Deliver a polished, service-driven passenger experience on every mission.
• Support international operations requirements and documentation as needed.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

• Total Time: 3000 hours
• Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 1500 hours
• Turbine: 500 hours
• License Required: ATP
• Accepted Licenses: FAA
• Medical: Class 1
• Type Rating: Not required (Training Provided)

🧭 Additional Requirements

• Valid passport (must not be expired) and eligible to fly internationally without restrictions.
• FCC radio license.
• Exceptional communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace new challenges as the company grows.
• Reside in, or within two hours of, a major airport.
• Willing and able to spend several days/weeks away from home during trips.
• Comfortable with irregular hours and short-notice trip changes or cancellations.

🌟 Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in corporate aviation and/or Part 135 charter operations.
• Current type rating for aircraft within our fleet.
