Join a high-performing flight department as a Learjet 45 Captain. You’ll lead safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations across domestic and international routes while thriving in a fast-paced, growing environment. We provide type rating training for the right aviator and welcome seasoned Part 135 professionals ready to take on new challenges.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as Pilot-in-Command on the Learjet 45 for corporate and charter missions under Part 135.
  • Plan and execute domestic and international flights, ensuring compliance with all regulations, SOPs, and company policies.
  • Lead with exemplary CRM, clear communications, and sound decision-making in dynamic conditions.
  • Deliver a refined, discreet passenger experience focused on safety, comfort, and punctuality.
  • Coordinate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and client services to maintain aircraft readiness and mission success.
  • Adapt to changing schedules, including short-notice launches or cancellations.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

  • Total time: 3,000 hours
  • PIC time: 1,500 hours
  • Turbine time: 500 hours
  • License: ATP (FAA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Passport: Valid and unexpired; eligible to fly internationally without restrictions
  • FCC: FCC Radio License
  • Type rating: Not required — training provided
  • Communication: Proven ability to communicate effectively
  • Proximity: Reside in, or within two hours of, a major airport

🌟 Preferred experience

  • Previous Corporate Aviation or Part 135 charter experience
  • Current type rating for aircraft within our fleet

  • May spend several days or weeks away from home while working
  • Irregular hours with potential short-notice callouts or flight cancellations
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced operation and taking on new challenges as the company grows

📜 Compliance & eligibility

  • Eligible to operate internationally into any country or jurisdiction without restrictions
  • Holds all required certificates and endorsements at time of application
