Under the responsibility of Starlink Aviation’s Operations Manager, you will safely plan, lead, and manage international flights as Pilot-in-Command, collaborating closely with a seasoned, bilingual operations team to deliver a premium, safety-first experience.

✈️ About the role

As a Learjet 45 Captain at Starlink Aviation, you will be the operational leader on the flight deck, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient international operations. You will exercise sound judgment, apply disciplined decision-making, and embody our safety culture while coordinating closely with dispatch, maintenance, and client services.

🧭 Key responsibilities

  • Plan, brief, and execute international missions in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough performance, weather, NOTAM, and route analyses; determine fuel, alternates, permits, and slots.
  • Lead the crew with strong CRM, mentoring First Officers and fostering a just, safety-focused cockpit culture.
  • Coordinate with operations to optimize schedules while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service.
  • Engage professionally with clients and stakeholders, ensuring discretion and exceptional onboard experience.
  • Complete post-flight documentation and ensure aircraft records and manuals are current and onboard.
  • Participate in recurrent training and proactively support the company Safety Management System.

🧰 What you bring

  • Licensing: Valid TCCA ATPL; Class 1 medical.
  • Experience: Minimum 3,000 hours total time with international operations experience.
  • Languages: Bilingual in French and English; ICAO ELP level 4 or higher.
  • Security: Eligible to obtain a RAIC.
  • Competencies: Excellent interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, leadership, and flexibility.
  • Safety: Robust, safety-oriented professional background and decision-making.
  • Type Rating: Not required; training provided upon hire.

  • Medical evacuation (medevac) experience.
  • Time on business jets (Learjet or similar category).
  • Learjet 45 type rating.
