Take command of the versatile Pilatus PC-24 as our Lead Captain. You’ll set the standard for safety, professionalism, and passenger experience while guiding flight operations in a dynamic Part 91/135 environment.
✈️ Role Overview
As the PC-24 Lead Captain, you’ll be the standard-bearer for safe, efficient operations and exceptional service. You will lead each mission from planning to post-flight while mentoring crewmembers and championing procedural discipline.
- Serve as Pilot in Command on PC-24 missions under Part 91 and/or Part 135, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Lead flight preparation, including weather/NOTAM review, performance, fuel, and weight-and-balance calculations.
- Execute precise, professional flying with strong CRM, checklist discipline, and decision-making.
- Coordinate with dispatch/ops and maintenance to ensure aircraft airworthiness, documentation, and on-time performance.
- Uphold a safety-first culture; identify and mitigate risks throughout all phases of flight.
- Deliver a polished, confidential, and attentive passenger experience.
- Support standardization and mentor SICs to elevate team performance.
- Complete accurate logs, reports, and post-flight documentation.
🌟 What You Bring
- Current FAA ATP and valid Class 1 medical.
- Current and valid Pilatus PC-24 type rating (Type-Rated: Required).
- Meet applicable FAA Part 91 and/or Part 135 experience and recency requirements for the assigned aircraft type.
- Ability to remain current with all flight and training requirements; strong systems knowledge and avionics/EFB proficiency.
- Proven leadership as PIC with excellent CRM, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Uncompromising commitment to safety, professionalism, and passenger service.
- Residence within two (2) hours of KSNA (reliable commute required).
- Ability to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

- Primary base: KSNA — Orange County, California.
- Operations conducted in accordance with applicable FAA regulations and company procedures.
- Accepted Licenses: FAA only.

- Maintain regulatory currency and training for the PC-24 and assigned operations.
- Adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and documentation standards.
- Participate in recurrent training and checks as required.
