  • Clearance: Eligible for DoD Top Secret (at minimum)
  • Compliance: DOT/FAA drug screening required

✈️ The opportunity

As a First Officer on the King Air 350, you’ll support the Captain in all phases of flight, execute SOPs with precision, and uphold mission readiness across domestic and international operations. You’ll train on type, sharpen multi-crew skills, and contribute to a safety-first culture aligned with regulatory and security requirements.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Execute preflight planning, performance, weight-and-balance, and fuel calculations.
  • Conduct thorough preflight, inflight, and postflight procedures and checklists.
  • Manage radio communications, navigation, and IFR procedures in multi-engine operations.
  • Monitor aircraft systems, automation, and weather to support safe, efficient decision-making.
  • Maintain meticulous flight logs, technical records, and regulatory documentation.
  • Adhere to company SOPs, SMS practices, and all applicable FAA and security protocols.
  • Support mission readiness, including international travel and variable schedules when required.

🧰 What you’ll need (must-haves)

  • Flight Time: Minimum 500 hours total time
  • Licensing: FAA CPL with IR and ME
  • Medical: Class 2 (FAA)
  • Type Rating: Not required — we provide training
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Travel: Current passport with unrestricted international travel privileges
  • Driver’s License: Valid and in good standing
  • Citizenship: U.S. citizen; proof required on first day of employment
  • Security: Ability to hold a DoD Top Secret clearance (at minimum)
  • Screening: Must pass a DOT/FAA regulated drug screening

Non-type-rated pilots are welcome. You’ll receive structured training and checking to operate the King Air 350 to company standards, with mentorship from experienced captains and opportunities to progress as you build time and demonstrate performance.
