Lead safe, efficient operations from the left seat of the Super King Air 350. This is a permanent command opportunity with training provided for non-type-rated captains and an emphasis on precision, professionalism, and mountain flying excellence.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Command King Air 350 operations across diverse environments, upholding the highest safety and compliance standards.
- Plan and execute IFR/VFR flights, including performance, weight-and-balance, fuel, and alternates.
- Lead the crew with clear decision-making, effective communication, and exemplary CRM.
- Operate proficiently in mountainous terrain and challenging weather using sound airmanship and terrain awareness practices.
- Complete simulator and recurrent training; maintain currency and company/regulatory qualifications.
- Represent the operation professionally with clients, partners, and regulators.
🧰 What you bring (core)
- Valid ATPL issued by TCCA and current Class 1 medical.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4.
- No Transport Canada violations or suspensions.
- Ability to obtain TSA clearance and approval for simulator training in the United States.
🌟 Preferred experience profile
- Minimum 3,000 hours total on fixed-wing aircraft, including 1,000 hours as PIC.
- Minimum 1,000 hours multi‑engine, including 500 hours as PIC.
- Time on type: 100+ hours on King Air 350 (BE30), including 50+ hours as PIC.
- 500+ hours of mountain flying experience.
- King Air 350 (BE30) type rating considered a strong asset.
Candidates without a current BE30 type rating are welcome to apply — comprehensive type training is provided for suitable captains.
🧾 Training and commitments
- Company-supported BE30 ground and simulator training (subject to TSA approval).
- Successful applicants will be required to sign a Training Bond Agreement unless already current and type-rated on the BE30.
- Structured recurrent training to maintain proficiency and regulatory compliance.
