✈️ The Opportunity

As a Junior First Officer on our Citation Bravo fleet, you will support safe, efficient, and customer‑centric operations for discerning clients. You’ll work within a high‑performance flight department that values precision, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

🧭 Your Mission

Assist the Captain with the safe operation of the Citation Bravo in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and verify flight plans, performance data, weight and balance, and fuel calculations.
Conduct thorough pre‑flight inspections and ensure aircraft readiness and documentation accuracy.
Execute checklists diligently and contribute to effective CRM and open safety reporting.
Deliver a discreet, VIP‑level passenger experience with a strong customer focus.
Maintain currency, participate in training, and uphold Hyperion Aviation’s standards of safety and professionalism.

🧰 What You’ll Bring (Minimum Requirements)

Total Time: 500 hours+
License: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
Medical: Class 1
Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
Type Rating: Not required – Training provided on the CE-550 series
Work Authorization: Applicant must hold the necessary residence permit and work license (visa sponsorship not provided)
Open To: EASA license holders

Jet Time: 200 hours minimum
Type Rating: Cessna Citation Bravo / CE-550 series
Previous experience in business/VIP operations and high‑touch client service
Strong CRM, communication, and decision‑making skills
