Lead safe, secure, and compliant global operations as the Pilot in Command on our Gulfstream fleet. Reporting to the Chief Pilot, you will champion our Safety Management System (SMS), uphold company and manufacturer procedures, and cultivate a flight deck culture grounded in professionalism, communication, and continuous safety improvement.

✈️ What you’ll do

  • Serve as PIC for international missions, ensuring the highest standards of safety, security, and regulatory compliance on every flight.
  • Adhere to company policies, manufacturer procedures, and all applicable regulations (FAA, ICAO), modeling disciplined airmanship.
  • Plan and execute complex international and oceanic operations, including routing, fuel and performance planning, alternates, permits, and datalink/oceanic procedures.
  • Lead SMS practices: identify hazards, assess and mitigate risk, complete reports, and drive meaningful safety debriefs and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a professional, communicative, and collaborative cockpit environment; mentor SICs and support ongoing crew development.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, scheduling, and dispatch to confirm aircraft readiness, MEL/CDL compliance, and efficient mission execution.
  • Maintain meticulous aircraft, regulatory, and training documentation; ensure personal currency and qualifications are always up to date.
  • Represent the company with discretion and exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the journey.

🧭 Minimum qualifications

  • Certificate: FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP)
  • Medical: FAA Class 1
  • Type rating: Not required (NTR); company-provided training
  • Experience: Documented Pilot in Command (PIC) experience in international flight operations
  • Permit: FCC RR
  • Travel readiness: Valid passport and required documents enabling unrestricted international travel; ability to exit and re-enter the United States; legal authorization to work in the U.S.; compliance with all international entry and vaccination requirements

🌟 Preferred

  • Minimum of 3,000 hours total documented flight time
  • Gulfstream GVII type rating
