- Lead safe, efficient HondaJet HA‑420 operations as Pilot-in-Command under EASA AIR-OPS.
- Plan, brief, and execute flights with a strong focus on CRM, passenger care, and on-time performance.
- Make sound operational decisions balancing safety, service, and an economical approach to each mission.
- Ensure thorough pre- and post-flight duties, documentation, and accurate technical log entries.
- Collaborate closely with crew, dispatch, and maintenance to optimize aircraft readiness and schedule resilience.
- Uphold company standards, SOPs, and regulatory compliance at all times.

📎 Minimum qualifications
- 2,000 hours total time and 500 hours PIC.
- Current HondaJet HA‑420 type rating.
- EASA CPL with IR, MCC, and ME.
- Experience in commercial flight operations in accordance with EASA AIR-OPS.
- Class 1 medical; ICAO ELP level 4 or higher.
- Valid work and residence permit for Germany; no visa sponsorship available.
- Class B driver’s license (car).
