✈️ HondaJet Captain (HA‑420)
Step into the left seat of the innovative HA‑420 HondaJet. This permanent Captain opportunity welcomes non‑type rated applicants with strong jet PIC experience. UKCAA CPL/IR, Class 1 medical, and ICAO ELP Level 6 are required. Type rating training is provided.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Command the HA‑420 as Pilot‑in‑Command, delivering safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
- Lead flight planning and decision‑making, including performance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, and alternates.
- Uphold exceptional standards of airmanship, CRM, and passenger service.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and safety management practices.
- Mentor crew and contribute to a positive, safety‑first cockpit culture.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 2,000 hours
- Jet PIC: 500 hours
- Licences: CPL + IR (UKCAA)
- Medical: Class 1
- English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 6
- Type Rating: Not required; training provided
- Right to Work: Able to work without visa sponsorship
🌟 Preferred profile
- Ideally type rated and/or current on the HA‑420.
- Alternatively, strong recent experience on comparable light jets (e.g., Phenom, Citation CJ series, Learjet, Pilatus PC‑24).
- Proven leadership as Captain with sound judgement and polished communication.
- Customer‑centric approach and meticulous attention to detail.
🎓 Training & development
NTR friendly: Successful candidates will receive manufacturer‑approved HA‑420 type rating and ongoing recurrent training to keep you current and confident on type.
