🧭 Your mission
- Command the Hawker 400 (Beechjet) safely and efficiently from preflight to shutdown, delivering a polished, professional operation.
- Lead flight planning and decision-making, balancing performance, weather, payload, and passenger needs.
- Champion CRM and SOP compliance to the highest standard.
- Uphold a proactive safety culture, reporting and mitigating hazards without compromise.
- Provide a calm, courteous passenger experience while maintaining on-time performance.
- Maintain currency, complete training, and support continuous improvement across the flight department.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Licensing: Valid EASA CPL with IR and ME.
- Medical: Class 1.
- English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Type Rating: Not required; willingness to complete company-provided Hawker 400 training.
- Work Authorization: Able to work without employer-provided visa sponsorship.
