🧭 About the role

As Captain, you will act as Pilot in Command on GIV-series aircraft, ensuring uncompromising safety, compliance, and service across multi-crew, international commercial operations. You will lead flight planning, decision-making, and crew coordination to deliver smooth, on-time missions for discerning passengers.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 3500 hours
  • PIC time: 3000 hours
  • In type: 200 hours
  • PIC in type: 100 hours
  • Multi-engine: 3000 hours
  • Type rating: Required (Gulfstream GIV/450 series)
  • License required: ATP
  • Accepted licenses: FAA
  • Medical: Class 1

🌟 Preferred

  • Total turbine time: 1750 hours

📋 Additional requirements

  • Compliant with ICAO Annex I – 2.1.1.0 as it pertains to aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization for unrestricted commercial travel to/from Canada.
  • Current and type-rated on the Gulfstream GIV family at time of application.

🛡️ What you’ll do

  • Serve as Pilot in Command on Gulfstream GIV-series aircraft (G350/G400/G450) for multi-crew, international operations.
  • Lead flight preparation, performance calculations, and risk assessments; ensure strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements (FAA, ICAO).
  • Exercise exemplary crew resource management and mentor the SIC to foster a proactive, safety-first culture.
  • Plan and execute international missions including U.S.–Canada transborder flights; coordinate customs, CANPASS, and ground handling.
  • Oversee aircraft status, MEL/CDL considerations, and collaborate with maintenance to protect dispatch reliability.
  • Deliver polished customer service and represent the flight department with professionalism on every leg.
