🧰 What You’ll Do
- Serve as PIC on Gulfstream GIV-Series aircraft for domestic and international Part 135 operations
- Lead flight planning and decision-making: weather, NOTAMs, performance, W&B, fuel, alternates, and international/oceanic procedures
- Ensure uncompromising safety, SOP adherence, and effective CRM across all phases of flight
- Deliver a discreet, first-class client experience; coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, brokers, and maintenance
- Conduct thorough pre/post-flight inspections and ensure cabin readiness
- Use EFB/iPad and company systems to manage flight data, reporting, and compliance
- Adapt to dynamic schedules, including red-eye operations and varying climates
📏 Minimum Qualifications
- Total time: 3,500 hours
- PIC time: 2,000 hours
- PIC in type: 250 hours (GIV-Series)
- Multi-engine PIC: 1,800 hours
- Multi-engine: 2,500 hours
- Turbine: 2,000 hours
- Type rating: Required (Gulfstream GIV-Series)
- License required: ATP
- Accepted licenses: FAA
- Medical: Class 1
- Flight time notes: International experience required (Atlantic, Pacific, Mideast, Europe, Africa); experienced in Part 91/135 operations
🧾 Additional Requirements
- Valid passport; ability to maintain unrestricted travel to/from Canada
- Yellow Fever vaccinated
- Covid-19 vaccination required where permitted by applicable law
- Proficient with computer operations and software (Internet, email, iPads, Excel, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform service operations outside and in extreme temperatures
- Comfort managing rest and operating red-eye flights
- Physical ability for medium to heavy lifting; able to sit for extended periods
🔒 Regulatory & Eligibility
- Applicants must meet US, EASA, and ICAO regulations
- Compliant with ICAO Annex I, Paragraph 2.1.10 for aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot
