🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as PIC on Gulfstream GIV/350/400/450 missions, delivering smooth, professional operations from preflight to shutdown.
  • Champion safety: identify and mitigate risk, exercise sound judgment, and uphold a just culture in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, the Department Policies and Procedures Manual, and applicable CFRs, FAA, and ICAO directives.
  • Maintain currency, required licenses, and aircraft qualifications; model disciplined checklist and SOP execution.
  • Communicate clearly with crew, passengers, dispatch, and maintenance; demonstrate strong listening and problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Navigate diverse operating environments, including European international airspace, night operations, and mountainous terrain.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Current type rating on the Gulfstream GIV/G350/G400/G450 series (Type-Rated: Required).
  • Valid FCC Aircraft Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Department Policies and Procedures Manual, relevant CFRs, and directives applicable to business aviation.
  • Proven safety orientation with the ability to identify hazards and implement mitigations.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and composure amid changing priorities and time-critical decisions.
  • Excellent crew resource management, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Current passport and readiness for international travel.

🌟 Minimum flight experience

  • Total time: 5,000 hours
  • PIC time: 2,000 hours
  • Multi-engine: 1,000 hours
  • Jet: 1,000 hours
  • Currency: 500 hours multi-engine jet flight time within the last two years
  • Operational experience: European international routes, nighttime flying, and mountain terrains
  • License: ATP (FAA only)
  • Medical: Class 1
