TAG Aviation Asia is seeking a highly skilled and service-driven Captain to join our Asia-based operations. In this role, you will ensure the safe, efficient operation of our Gulfstream G650 while delivering exceptional, discreet service to our clients across Asia and beyond. You thrive under pressure and remain flexible for 24/7 operations.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate as Captain on the Gulfstream G650, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and professionalism.
- Lead all phases of flight: planning, performance, fuel strategy, weight and balance, weather and NOTAM review, and risk assessment.
- Champion SOPs, CRM, and a just culture; mentor and collaborate closely with the flight crew and support teams.
- Deliver exceptional client care with discretion and cultural sensitivity throughout the passenger journey.
- Represent TAG Aviation Asia with integrity during domestic and international operations.
🧰 What you’ll bring (minimum requirements)
- Total Time: 5,000 hours
- In Type (G650): 100 hours
- Jet PIC: 1,000 hours
- License Required: ATP / ATPL
- Accepted Licenses: EASA, FAA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP Level: 4 or higher
- Operational Readiness: Comfortable working under pressure with a flexible schedule to support 24/7 operations.
🌟 Preferred profile
- Previous experience operating the Gulfstream G650.
- Proven track record in premium/charter or corporate aviation with strong client-facing skills.
- Familiarity with Asia-Pacific operating environments and international procedures.

We welcome highly qualified Captains who meet the minimum experience thresholds even if not currently type-rated. Comprehensive G650 type rating and differences training will be provided to successful candidates.
