✈️ About the role
Step into the Lead Captain seat on a Gulfstream G600 and set the standard for safety, professionalism, and passenger experience. You will serve as Pilot-in-Command, lead by example, and ensure flawless operations from preflight to shutdown.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as PIC on the G600, upholding the highest safety and compliance standards across all phases of flight.
- Lead and mentor flight crew members; model professionalism and champion a robust safety culture.
- Own flight planning and execution: performance calculations, weather/NOTAM review, fuel strategy, alternates, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate closely with operations/dispatch and maintenance to ensure aircraft readiness, MEL/CDL compliance, and on-time departures.
- Deliver a refined, discreet passenger experience with exceptional communication and service.
- Maintain training, currency, and meticulous records; ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Current Gulfstream G600 type rating (G-VI) — required.
- ATP certificate — FAA.
- Valid First-Class Medical.
- Reside within a drivable 2-hour commute to KOXC.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
- Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.
Candidates are required to be type rated and based within the specified commuting distance to KOXC.
