M&N Aviation is seeking a highly experienced, safety-driven Gulfstream G450 Captain to join our stable, professional flight department in Fort Worth, TX. You will operate a modern, professionally managed G450 on domestic and international missions, delivering world-class service while upholding uncompromising safety standards.

✈️ About the Role

As a key member of our Part 91 corporate operation, you will captain a Gulfstream G450 for executive travel, lead by example in the cockpit, and represent M&N Aviation with professionalism and poise. This is a permanent, full-time position with the opportunity to contribute to a culture anchored in safety, teamwork, and exceptional client care.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Serve as Pilot in Command for a Gulfstream G450 on domestic and international missions.
  • Lead flight crews with exemplary CRM, communication, and decision-making.
  • Execute thorough flight planning, performance calculations, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company procedures, regulations, and safety management practices.
  • Deliver a refined, client-first experience with discretion and professionalism.
  • Oversee aircraft preflight, postflight, and documentation to the highest standards.
  • Maintain currency, training, and records required for domestic and international operations.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Type Rating: Current and valid G450 type rating required.
  • Experience: Minimum of five (5) years operating the Gulfstream G450.
  • Certificate: FAA ATP.
  • Medical: Current First Class medical.
  • Passport: Valid passport; able to travel internationally without restrictions.
  • Security: Ability to obtain and maintain all required TSA and airport security credentials.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and CRM skills; professional appearance and strong customer-service mindset.

  • Previous corporate flight department experience.
  • International flight experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Gulfstream aircraft systems and performance across the GIV series.
