Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking a type-rated Gulfstream G450 Captain for a permanent position based in Houston, TX (KCXO). This is a two-pilot account supported by a dedicated Maintenance Technician and operated under Part 135. The aircraft is exceptionally maintained and flies approximately 300 hours per year, split between retail charter and Owner operations across the U.S., Canada, the Caribbean, and Mexico, with occasional trans-Atlantic trips.
🧭 Your Mission
- Serve as Captain on a Gulfstream G450, ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and a polished owner/charter client experience.
- Plan, brief, and execute domestic and international missions in compliance with company procedures and Part 135 regulations.
- Lead a cohesive two-pilot crew and coordinate closely with the dedicated Maintenance Technician to optimize dispatch reliability and mission readiness.
- Conduct thorough preflight, in-flight, and postflight procedures, including performance calculations, fuel planning, and international documentation as required.
- Maintain currency and proficiency, uphold SOPs, and champion a strong safety culture on every leg.

- Medical: First Class
- Type Rating: Required on GIV series (G350/G400/G450)
- Total Time: 3,500 hours
- Pilot-in-Command: 2,000 hours PIC
- Multi-Engine: 1,500 hours
- Jet: 500 hours
- Instrument: 300 hours
- Experience: 4–6 years; prior corporate/business aviation required; strong preference for heavy-cabin Gulfstream experience
