🧭 What you’ll do
- Command G280 flights as PIC, delivering a smooth, safety‑first experience for owners and guests.
- Execute meticulous flight planning, performance calculations, fuel strategy, international procedures, and ETOPS‑style considerations as applicable.
- Uphold regulatory and company standards across Parts 91/135; ensure documentation, manuals, and EFB data are current.
- Lead effective crew resource management and mentor SICs; foster a just‑culture safety environment.
- Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and trip support to protect schedule integrity.
- Represent the flight department with professionalism, discretion, and a concierge‑level service mindset.

- Medical: First Class
- Total Time: 3,000 hours
- PIC Time: 1,500 hours
- Jet Time: 1,000 hours
- Type Rating: Not required — company‑provided G280 training
- Preferred: G280 type rating and 250 hours on type
- Records: Accident‑free history; clean FAA record; no pending investigations
- Travel Docs: Valid passport; no restrictions on international operations under Parts 91 and 135
- Permit: Valid FCC Radio Telephone Operator’s Permit
- Technology: Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and electronic tablets/EFBs
- Compliance: Able to pass background check, pre‑employment drug and criminal history checks; participate in FAA DOT drug and alcohol program
- Documentation: Able to read and comprehend required manuals and guidance
- Location: Primary residence within a 1‑hour drive of FLL or willingness to relocate
- Availability: On‑call with 2‑hour callout
- Accepted Licenses: FAA only
