  • Lead effective crew resource management and mentor SICs; foster a just‑culture safety environment.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and trip support to protect schedule integrity.
  • Represent the flight department with professionalism, discretion, and a concierge‑level service mindset.
